Deliveries, Returns & Refund

Deliveries (UK Mainland) within 2 working days of order completion:

  1. FREE UK Mainland delivery on orders over £25. FREE delivery in Aberdeen on all orders.
  2. £2.99 FLAT FEE on orders upto 2kg and £9.99 FLAT FEE on orders over 2kg.
  3. Please allow up to 1 working day after placing your order, for your order to be completed. Order completion involves picking, packing and collecting your order from our Fulfillment Center.
  4. For paid delivery, in the unlikely event we fail to complete your order within 1 working day of you placing the order, and as a result your order is delivered late to you, we will refund your delivery charge.
  5. Olyke Foods will not be held responsible for late delivery when the courier is at fault. We will not offer compensation or refund unless we have a signed guarantee contract for delivery, which must be made at least 3 days in advance.

We use DHL, and aim to deliver within 2 working days of order completion. Working days are Monday to Friday.

Returns & Refunds (UK Mainland)

  1. We would like you to enjoy Olyke Foods products in perfect conditions. As we work tirelessly to ensure the products are delivered to you in perfect condition, we recognize that unforeseen circumstances do occur and breakages do happen.
  2. In the unlikely event there is a breakage (or fault), please sign the product as damaged at the time of DHL delivery. Take photos, as photographic evidence is required for return of damaged product, to enable us replace the product.
  3. Contact us via phone call [+44 (0) 345 366 9727] or message on WhatsApp or e-mail with order number, photographic
    evidence and brief message, and we will issue a replacement product, free of charge.
  4. If you decide you don’t want any product in your order, you have 14-Day Guarantee to return the product. However, it needs to be in the condition it arrived before we can issue a full refund. Please note you will bear the cost of returning the product if it’s not faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  5. Once we receive the products in original condition, are unused, unopened, undamaged and saleable, we will issue a full refund less shipping costs. Olyke Foods will not be held responsible for loss or damage of a parcel or the contents whilst in transit of a return.
