Mix the Oat flour, cinnamon and baking powder in a bowl and set aside. Peel the banana and mash in a bowl until smooth (you can use a blender). Break the eggs, and add them in the bowl. Add the coconut sugar and oil, and mix until smooth. Combine the two mixtures and blend to your desired consistency.
Grease the baking tray with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil. Pour the mixture in the baking tray, decorate with sliced bananas and cracked walnuts.
Bake at 180 degrees centigrade for 30 minutes, and it's ready to serve.
Serve with a cup of tea or coffee.
