Directions

Peel the bananas and Mash together with the Oat flour in a bowl until its dough-like. Add nutmeg and salt.

To ensure consistency and no lumps, you can mould it with your hands on a flat kitchen worktop. Cut out small round balls and put in a bowl for pan frying.

Pan fry till its brown. Sprinkle honey and serve with yogurt and strawberries (or any fruit of your choice).

2 bananas

2 pinches of fine salt
Vegetable oil for frying
