Oat Carrot
Turmeric Muffins


Mix the oat flour, cinnamon, baking powder, turmeric tonic and salt in a large bowl. Set aside.

Peel the bananas, and mash to smooth in a bowl. Break the 2 eggs, and add to the banana mix. Add the vanilla extract, honey, and yogurt. Mix until smooth, add shredded carrots and mix again.

Grease your baking pan with oil. Put the mixture in the pan and bake for 15 to 20 minutes before it’s ready to serve.

1.5 cups of oat flour
1.5 teaspoon of Cinnamon
2 teaspoons of baking powder
2 scoops of food turmeric Tonic
0.5 teaspoon of salt
2 medium "speckled" bananas
2 medium eggs
1.5 teaspoon of vanilla extract
I teaspoon of honey
0.25 of 0% plain Greek yogurt (or any yogurt of your choice)
1.5 cups of shredded Carrot or less
