Mix the oregano, salt, milk and Oat flour in a bowl until you get the desired consistency and there are no lumps.
Pour the mixture in a baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake at 220 degrees centigrade for 12 minutes, and it's ready to serve.
Serve with any choice soup thickened with ground seeds.
